The vet on duty was very polite and professional, the ladies were also. I like that they was able to accept an injured animal even outside the appointment time. One of the nicer vets I seen on the gulf coast.

I went to fur babies to get a copy of my dogs paper work and to get a flea pill was charged $82.00 for a 3 month pill the front desk charged my card before she new they were out she ignored me answering the phone twice made a couple calls plugged in her puffer I didn't say anything to her then a patient came from the back she waited on him I didn't know she had charged my card since she didn't have the meds I was there 25 minutes then she told me to come back after 2 they are suppose to be delivered I had already driven 30 minutes to get there I went back in and asked her did you charge my card because I didn't get a receipt then I left came back and wanted them to credit my card back I was told the front desk said I can in rude which was a lie when I went back to get them to credit my account It took 55 minutes and was told I was taking to much of their time up I told her I just needed a receipt I was told they were gonna call the police I said I just need a receipt this was the craziest experience ever I hope the front desk girl that waited on me if you want to call it that reads this and the lady that threatened me also I'm sure they will delete this but this the truth I was stocked that they treat people like this I'm a business owner so I know how guest should be treated sad situation
