Dr. Sandivar was completely unwilling to give a full examination to my dogs, one of whom was in early stages of liver failure at the time. She simply told us that she was overweight and we needed to feed her less. We pointed out an abnormal lump in our dog's side, but she refused to even give an in-depth exam. We found out about one of our dogs' liver failure two months later, once it was past the point of repair, when we should've known much earlier, had Sandivar actually done her job. Another vet told us that we might've been able to slow down the progression of the liver failure if we'd known earlier. I am overall incredibly disappointed in Sandivar's attitude during our visit and her inability to diagnose a terminal disease.

They were amazing and helped me out on a Saturday. I love the Vet that I see they were so awesome that I’m actually considering switching because I had such a great experience with them in an emergency situation.

Dr. Sandifar and her team are absolutely amazing! I am new to the area and hadn’t had a chance to establish myself with a vet yet when my dog developed a concerning cough. I called and they were able to get us seen same day, even before the long holiday weekend! My pup is a husky mix and doesn’t traditionally love the vet, but Dr. Sandifar and her whole team were so kind and patient with Tilly and worked with her in a non-stressful way to get her the help she needed. The whole facility is very clean and professional, and one member of the team even went out of his way to bring Tilly water while we waited for the rain to pass a bit before we left. As someone who usually stresses about vet visits because of her high energy pup, I couldn’t be more pleased with everything the team did for us and we will definitely be back when needed!
