Brought my dog in for a lump on her chest over a month ago. The last vet I took her too gave me the run around and I let Acosta vet know that from the start. It has been over a month and I still have not got the email with the estimate on removing the lump but I sure have gotten a lot of solicitation emails to purchase products from them. Seems like this vet’s priority is solicitation and not providing service for my dog. And they advertise that your first office visit gets $25.00 off but my receipt doesn’t show the discount.

My dogs go here for everything, even teeth cleanings, surgeries, and boarding. I always feel like they’re in good hands. I feel good boarding them here because I know the staff cares about them.

Dr - 5 stars. Vet tech - 5 stars. Receptionist 1 star. Super snippy. Friendly when I made the appointment not so much after. Asked her, after waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes after my appointment time, how much longer it would be. She acted like this was normal and told me it would be 5 minutes more. Then she refused to interact at all. After paying $400 for the appt and meds I wished her a nice day and she was silent. With everything we have to do and put up with these days a snotty receptionist is one I choose to avoid.
