I contacted them through their website 3 times about services and an estimate for my cats and not one time have I heard anything back from them. Why have a contact us page on your website if you are not going to answer people's questions? Based on this alone I am not sure if I would bring my pets here considering the way they treat people in regards to answering messages. It's obvious that I should try someone else and see if they answer my questions. I have read numerous reviews that made this sound like a great place but obviously it isn't. Evidently they don't want new customers.

Upon arrival (my 1st time) it was surprisingly closed though it was within posted business hours.

They are professional as well as great customer service. They did a great job on both of my dogs. They were in such pain from bad teeth and their team fixed them up and now my boys are pain-free. They act like they are young boys again. On top of the great service they provided the price was very reasonable which helped me out tremendously. If i could give NO STARS i definitely would. Dr.Hunt is a very rude and arrogant woman. We were given the option to put our cat down or put him through a surgery he probably wouldn’t make it through. We decided to put him down only to be told that my wife would be reported as a criminal and not deserving of our cat. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. Her staff is LOVELY but she is very rude and disrespectful women.
